If a BidSync Classic user needs to recover either their username or password, they can do so by following the instructions below. If an S2G user needs to reset their password, please see this article:
To reset a password:
- From the login page, click the Forgot password? link.
- Enter the username and zip code and click continue.
- A confirmation page will display letting the user know that the password has been reset on their account, the temporary password will be sent to the user's email address on file.
To recover the username on the account, follow the instructions below:
- From the login page, click the Forgot username? link.
- Enter in the email address and zip code and click Continue.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the user's email address on file containing the username on the account.
