In order to reset a user password, there are two options.
The first is completed by logging in from www.bidsync.com in the upper right-hand of the home page:
From the right side still, continue to the Person icon from the main four to go into the account section:
From the sub-menu, select the Star icon for My Account:
On the left, there is an Edit option to change the password:
The second option is typical for a lost or forgotten password.
From the www.bidsync.com home page, go to the Sign In link in the main menu and, instead of logging in, select Forgot Your Password? to begin the process:
From here, enter in the email address used to register an account and an email will be set with a password reset link:
Click the link in the email to get to the password reset page. Enter it twice following the password guidelines:
